Below i shall list the Terms of Service that apply to my work.
If you're interested in commissioning me, i recomend reading it.
Payment & PricingYou must be at least 18 years of age.Below a price of 60€, payment will be done after the final result is presented.
Over a price of 60€, you will have to make a down payment of 40€, no matter what the total is.In the case of a necessary down payment, if the sum is not paid within a week from the two sides agreeing to it, I will not start working on it until further negotiations.Payments will be done on my Ko-Fi page.
In the case that an error appears in the process of payment when using Ko-Fi, you will be provided with a PayPal link where you will then proceed with the payment as discussed.You have the right to get a maximum of 2 major changes to the commissioned piece, after which you will be charged +5€ for every additional one. This does NOT refer to things like anatomy rectifications, colour correction, or other small details. This refers to the major changes like the Pose, the Background, and the Character(s).
They only apply after the sketch phase has ended and the colouring & rendering phase has started.For details about refunds, check the refund section later in the Terms.Commission DetailsI reserve the right to refuse any commission, on any basis from the theme of the piece, to the reputation of the commissioner, and others.You have the right to make me change any aspect of a commission, but the major changes (Background Type of Scene, Character Number or Design, Etc.), might bring a rise in price after a certain number of changes (read more about it in the Payment & Pricing Section).A period of time will not be given as to when the final result will be given, as problems both irl and not, can appear at any time.
If a problem does not appear, I WILL provide the final result before hitting one month since the start of the art piece.
Any problem that appears WILL be communicated to the commissioner.The ProcessYou will be required to provide me with a reference sheet of the character/OC or (usually in the case of game characters) a certain number of screenshots/photos of the character/OC, based on my demands for the piece. The same might be required for the background/scene if requested by me.
After agreeing to it, providing the requested references and completing the down payment (in the respective case), i will provide you with at least a sketch, which we will discuss for a while until both sides are happy. In this period of time, you are allowed to make As Many changes as you want without a potential cost. The changes cost applies to the rendering and colouring stages of the piece.
I will provide a weekly report for the entire duration of the project. If i do not send anything for a week, you have the right to demand a report / an explanation.In the case of requested communication from me regarding the commission piece, if you do not respond within 48 hours, i will take it as an agreement to proceed without any complaints.What you will receiveThe Krita .kra file of the drawing (!!! only if requested !!!)

Jpeg versions of the PNGs (!!! only if requested !!!).Allowed uses of the final resultsYou can send and use the version WITHOUT a watermark in any place you see fit as long as it doesn't conflict with the uses of the watermarked version
In the case of the image WITH a watermark, it's the only version you are allowed to use when posted on any website with a social media purpose (X, BlueSky, Instagram, Etc.) or any website with a similar purpose (YouTube, FurAfinity, ToyHouse, Etc.)
In case you use the piece as a profile picture and/or banner for social media and other websites, you are allowed to use the one WITHOUT a watermark.When posting the art piece somewhere, make sure to credit me (check the Socials section for links).Disallowed uses of the final resultsYou are NOT allowed to do the following:-Claim the piece as your own creation.
-Feed the piece into an AI model of any kind.
-Edit the final piece without my consent. Just ask me if you can or not.
-Remove the signature and/or Watermark(s) on the final piece.Other Details & Important NotesAs the artist, I reserve copyright ownership over the art piece.All commission pieces WILL be posted on my social media accounts (check the Socials section) automatically. You have the right to stop me from posting the art piece in said spaces, or to take down the art piece if it has already been posted.The art work is a digital good. No physical goods!In the case of a breach of these terms, you will be blacklisted and denied, not being allowed to commission me or get a piece commissioned for by another person, in the case that i find out that the recipient of the art piece is ultimately you.Refund PolicyNo refunds if the piece has already been finished.
Partial refunds depending on the stage in which the art piece is in.-Sketch stage: Full refund
-Colouring stage: 60% refund
-Rendering stage: 40% refundIf a crisis appears and the client needs an urgent refund, a full refund will be provided in the shortest time ONLY if i deem it necessary.
A very good reason will have to be provided to convince me: Hospital bills, Rent, etc.
This does not apply to finished pieces.

Never really drew before that as my free time was preoccupied with other activities.My biggest dream is to have a stable job and a place to live with a partner, in the snowy forests and mountains of Scandinavia, while drawing as much as possible.
